Aaah, the young ones, they have not learned the sophistication of Time Travel. But I have sworn to use my powers only for good. For now, the mice are keeping their activities to the front room. After I spend a week in LA, we shall see if they have breached the hallway. But if it makes you feel better, you can believe that I am making it up.

...well, not nice? Can't you get mouse traps out? Or Mouse poison down? Or are they resilient little blighters? I'm a bit worried now. We have a spider problem, but they're easily removed with water and a pan, and they live on too, once disposed of but mice; that's like another level. |

Just a little note here about my WormNerd reference to Warfarin. It was discovered a century or more ago as the ingredient which caused the death of cattle that ate soured hay. Used in DeConŽ and other rodent poisons, it causes fatal hemorrhage. Interestingly, it is the active ingredient in CoumadinŽ, one of the most widely used anticoagulant therapy medications. Tomorrow's topic: gardening.
