Since all these films were released within the last year or so, I guess that indicates that we have acheived the pinnacle of cinematic civilization. I realize a lot of you Potatoe Heads are a bit young,but try to stretch your minds a weeeeee bit to imagine things that happened more than ten minutes ago. The mere fact that it is now the root of so many cliches is testament to its total permeation of our consciousness. It is also one of the few cases where I think the film is a lot better than the book.
