Vacation Bleed-through

7:26 PM: Uh oh. I've been here all of 3 hours and 26 minutes so far Today, and I'm ready to go home now. One, I want to go to sleep, and Two, I want a cigarette. I used to be able to last at least five hours at a stretch. I even have work to do, for Bob's sakes! Definitely NG.
What else, what else.... Deli sandwich for lunch. Not terribly exciting. All news continues to be entirely predictable and predictably bad. I mean, come on now: "Experience suggests that subsidies for stadiums yield negligible economic benefits and expand the gap between the superrich and everyone else." Gee, really? One could go on, but there's not much point.
Oh well, at least (*koff* *koff* *wheeze*) I've still got my health...
Willfully blind self-indulgent nebbish or amusingly quirky old coot? And how bout that local sports team? Discuss among yourselves.

All names are fake, most places are real, the

unreliable but it's all in good fun. Yep.
