5:32 PM: I am very happy to kick this week in the butt and watch it fly out the door, I'll tell you what. Too much stress all around. I still blame the book. But OK, maybe 2.5 hours at the bar every night doesn't help. Maybe.

Sept. 29, 2000 | WARWICK, R.I. -- A 6-foot Mr. Potatoe Head statue, one of dozens dotting Rhode Island as part of a tourism campaign, will be taken down because of complaints that the grinning, brown- skinned figure appeared racist.
