10:29 PM: Today has been The Day The Browsers Died. All of them. Repeatedly. Somewhere this pitiful excuse for an operating system must be leaking memory, I think. Either that or this equally pitiful excuse for publishing software. I seem to be more peevish than usual. Must be because I'm not dead. As someone said in reply to a message about his novel approach to managing system email (changing an alias to point from a list of people to a single person without ever even looking at the old list or telling anyone on it, to wit, me):
"Thanks for the snappy critique.Yeah yeah, whatever. Grr.
"Goodbye."Speaking of pointless farces, thank god this one is finally over. My favorite part of the conclusion, I think, is this headline: Dozens in Miami protest after US Supreme Court's Elian ruling Yes, literally dozens of people! It's a madhouse! Well, a small house. A starter home.
Snack!® today was miniature marshmallows and salsa. Swear to god.
Willfully blind self-indulgent nebbish or amusingly quirky old coot? And how bout that local sports team? Discuss among yourselves.

All names are fake, most places are real, the
author is definitely
unreliable but it's all in good fun. Yep.
