SATAN DRIVES TO WORK

  Buzz Buzz

18 November 1999

4:40 PM: I thought that Today, I would get an early start. Here, I mean. Not on the day in general. I might maybe have thought that about the day but I don't remember. The alarm seemed to have gone off around 8 AM and the next thing I knew it was 12:30 PM and I was, of course, exhausted.

Tonight, you see, though, going to see Buzzcocks!!! Who apparently have a new CD out and are all alive and stuff. Down by Law is opening for them, too, and though I don't know their music at all I've heard good things about them, so I have my tentacles entwined. It'd be nice to find a good new band. Plus my young friend Penny will accompany me, out of the professional-nursing-student goodness of her heart. Good training for the future as well, I imagine.

Oh la. This is part of what I was talking about yesterday before the fucking computer fucking crashed fuck excuse me no i'm all right just let me wipe that off - there. I really have complete collapsed physically. And I mean that in every sense. All within the last ... year? two years? So rapid. Well, ha, I guess that's a sufficient comment right there, that "one or two years" is rapid to me now. No wonder it's almost Christmas.

Ach gott, Thanksgiving.

Willfully blind self-indulgent nebbish or amusingly quirky old coot? And how bout that local sports team? Discuss among yourselves.

All names are fake, most places are real, the author is definitely unreliable but it's all in good fun. Yep.
