4:42 PM: Hey it wasn't that cold after all, not after a few blocks of riding.
Snack!®: Red Vines, the comfortable snack. Just like me, they're narrow, twisted, artificial, and mostly tasteless. But kinda sweet. Awww.
So I'm meeting Amelia and Lucy at the Metreon tonight. This makes the third time I've been there since it opened. I need to strike up some kind of promotional deal with them. "The Sony Metreon - recommended by Mr. Potatoe Head! As seen on the Internet!" It's all about monetizing your available branding spaces. While trying not to get burned. As it were. Ahem.
Hey, have you tried the new discussion area? All the Worm Nerd crew is there but I'm not seeing any people from here. C'mon now. Join us in blaming Canada for our mismatched socks.
In other news, bla bla bla. I think I made a mistake. I used that eCRUSH site to send a note to a friend of mine - who immediately guessed that it was me that sent it. D'oh. Nice to be predictable I suppose, but she didn't even think for an instant that it might have been sincere. Am I not sincere? Do I not speak in fulsome tones of deep conviction? I ask you.
Problem is, I also sent one to my office crush. What if the same transparency applies? How mortificating.
Willfully blind self-indulgent nebbish or amusingly quirky old coot? And how bout that local sports team? Discuss among yourselves.

All names are fake, most places are real, the

unreliable but it's all in good fun. Yep.
