I'm not aware there's such a western meiindce that has no side effects. In fact, when you say so .. i dun quite believe. Coz' all western meiindce has side effects, just that people dun usually "sell" an item's "bad" points. As long as it's in a tablet form, there's a substance (chemically processed)added to harden it to form a tablet, and that may cause side effects that may or may not be seen immediately .. could be a few years later ...
