First thought; 'Eye' is a place, and has a summer fete (worse than death) each year, called the Eye Show. I check that out on Multimap and there's a place called

in Suffolk, just south of Diss. I'll run with that idea.However, with my knowledge of Norfolk - somewhere I am headed in the very near future - I wouldn't put it past the residents to have heads resting on chin-props, and masks displaying human eyes. One can hope, eh? Coming to Eye? Then reply.

At the risk of becoming a sad "Write two replies to your own comment" type of person, has anyone seen a map with as many towns that sounds like pig-latin words? I think primarily of Hoxne, but I counted at least 5.

Just left of top centre. If you look to the middle (left side between Brome and Stuston) you can see one of the first two. Norfolk and Suffolk, eh? They might hate each other, but they love each other really.
