Hello. What is the make and model of your burner, when was the last time you updated your firmware on it? What brand of media are you using, what speed are you burning at? What version of Nero are you using? Did you do what fasfrank suggested on how to choose the file in Nero, or dl the trial of AnyDVD and CloneDVD which are user friendly? Post a Nero log of your burn if you can, it can be found in My Computer/Program Files/Ahead/Nero/Nero history if you are using Nero 6, if using ver 7 then look in Program Files/Nero/Core and you should find the Nero history.
