What's your Favorite Song? by Fractured Reality on 2004-03-08 06:40:25
Everyone has a favorite song what's yours? Personally I would pick "Tainted love" by Marylin Manson, but that's just me, I am open to suggestions

Waterloo Sunset by the Kinks. My dream, however, of Waterloo Sunsets is fading, as they appear (on this morning's evidence) to be destroying Battersea Power Station. I cried....well, nearly. Thanks for the greetings and mhr's, too, all |

I was thinking about this the other day. It seems impossible to pick just one. I could have a favourite song for each occasion. What's more, periods of song love-age come and go, and its possible to tire of a song you once listened to all the livelong day. However, i realised the other day, that, despite 8 years since its release, i frequently (before playing footy, before England play, and before any exams) listen to Three Lions. It's magic! And will never grow old! And it has a strange way of filling you with confidence and self belief! Maybe that's just coz i started out listening to it before every game of Englands relatively successful Euro '96 bid. But i'll be listening to it on Friday (first exam), and Tuesday, and Wednesday and next Friday (last exam...ever), and indeed all the way into June (Euro 2006).
