I could NOT agree more, Tommie. Its an outdated and, evidently, stupid rule. Glad you brought it up.

I've been on my newspaper article, and translated this little bit for you. After 4 paragraphs of serious war talk, it turns to me, and say:
"Wash hides his worry behind his “so British” humour, readily changing the conversation to football, noting that his fellow Englishmen living in the Creuse area often find each other in the tea isle of the supermarket.
Tabloids, eh!

After all, that is what I said, and it doesn't bother me in the slightest that they wrote that. At least there's no chance of any fanatics tracking me down and kicking my arse for saying something they disagreed with! On the other hand, I wouldn't mind sueing the bitch who told all our Spanish class to get a TB test done, as she's a carrier of the disease and there's a chance we may have been infected. I told her last week that we'd all bought the test, paid for the appointment to get it done, and all results were ok. She then laughed, and said: "Oh, in fact, it was just a joke. My doctor joked that I should warn everyone i've been in contact with, but i didn't quite get it!" Stupid woman! There goes 25Euros i'll never see again, all coz she's unable to spot a bit of sarcasm!
