Norwich is:

Quite small (Less than 250,000)
Quite important (Is the capital of Norfolk & East Anglia - the bulge of the right hand side, the top one)
Clean, very clean.
Old (older than Roman times, at least, and still some to show)
Quiet (and nigh on crime-free)
Windy (and cold. The wind blows clean across from the Urals, in, well, the Ukraine)
Beautiful (the river, the sun, the parks, the buildings. Man, I fell on my feet, and I fell in love with this place)
