In the (probably vain) hope of inspiring interesting debate, I thought I'd throw this questioning hat into the ring (as it were). Which Madonna is people's favourite? I'll maybe have to list some Madonnas here. Mmmm. Well, you've got the current one - long hair, cowboy hat, mother-of-two. The original one, bleach blond popsicle. The early 1990's one, all sex and, well, that was about it. The late 80's (my favourite) with jet black hair, a very elizabethan style of face, but just descending into that sex era. Anyway, fire away. By the way, I make no pretence of being a Madonna fan (I like a few of her songs, notably 'Rain') so don't quiz me here...

	Definitely pre-Dick Tracy, pre-Evita, pre-Blonde Ambition and the whole fear-of-death, must-have-muscles thing. But I forget what look that was - must be the same time frame, late 80s? When was La Isla Bonita? I liked it when she chirped.
