My own personal opinion would be to zap Tony with that lazer thing that comes out of his finger ( the one he used so effectively against the aliens that came to take over earth ). I have no doubt that the death or crippling of the PM of Great Britain would in no doubt bring an end to the fuel situation. That is assuming.. Gordon Brown and John Presct were also in the firing line.
