The forward slash is an internal code set by Microsoft Engineers to let their technicians know that their computers' hard drive is about to die within 14 to 30 days. This gives them time to get a new hard drive or new computer in order that they won't lose any valuable language code information. I suggest you buy a new computer. Immediately.
