Ah, tapas! Delicious little morsels, delighting our senses with their wily combinations of garlic, olive oil, and mysterious seafood. Last week I had a wonderful appetizer involving goat cheese and apricot preserves on sesame crackers.
Tapas are like the lingerie of food. Small, intense concentrations of just the good stuff.
